Raylyn Koshowski

Raylyn, a seventeen-year-old from Dauphin, MB, is committed to living a purposeful life and being a role model, Raylyn believes her life is defined by her contributions to others.


Raylyn aims to graduate high school with honors and pursue a Bachelor of Science degree, aspiring to a career in Kinesiology, Physiotherapy, or Medicine. 


Actively involved in numerous activities, Raylyn has played soccer, piano, and hockey, taken swimming and dance lessons, and participated in church youth group and 4-H. In school, she joined student council, band, choir, and various sports and clubs. She has held part-time jobs as a piano teacher and hockey official and worked summers at the Dauphin Friendship Centre Summer Kids Camp.


Raylyn has held leadership roles such as President and Secretary of her 4-H club, Vice President of her school’s Student Council, Chairperson for Mountain View School Division’s Student Voice, and Youth Representative on Dauphin City Council. She has also been a veteran player on her hockey team and a member of the 2023 Female Team Manitoba U18 Rugby team.


Volunteering is a significant part of Raylyn's life. She has contributed to the food bank, senior homes, community gardens, and outreach programs, gaining a deeper understanding of global issues and the importance of community support.
