The Nellie McClung Foundation is seeking strategic communications services to raise the public profile, maintain brand consistency, inform the public of Foundation activities, and attract new donors or partnership opportunities for the Foundation.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
We require the selected proponent to review our current communications and asses our needs and resources. Further to this assessment, we require the selected proponent to meet, at minimum, the below-mentioned needs:
Monthly Social Media Content & Maintenance
This will include regular content, curating new content that is aligned with brand messaging, developing content through the use of photography at events and initiatives, creating social media specific artwork and growing the social media audience.
Monthly ournellie.com Website Content & Maintenance
This will include weekly content, curating new content that is aligned with brand messaging, adding more robust content to ensure proper promotion of offerings, ongoing maintenance and increasing search engine optimization (SEO) usability.
Additional Artwork and Digital Marketing
This will include all required and requested artwork to support events, initiatives, projects, including multi-media deliverables (print, digital, etc.). This will also include all Facebook advertising, Google Ads, Mailchimp Email Distribution and any other digital marketing requested
A proposed work plan including timelines and resources required.
